So, continuing with the theme of dragons that are blue (not purposefully, just my latest happen to have been of the colour). Speaking of blue, I read on Newscientist.com that it's associated with creativity. Cool.
This is the result of possibly the most fun I've ever had with a commission commissioned me to draw Narilyte as a dracoliche and to go to town with the detail. How could I resist? This took many months working on and off but I think it benefitted from the extra time and attention and I have to say I'm really proud of the result.
Entirely painted in Photoshop over a very rough sketch.
Very odd I don't remember where the site is but I was browsing and it said that blue tends to help you think clearer and green enhances your imagination.
Kickass work. A very undead dragon indeed. I like the way the skin sags around the bones. Alot of people forget that part when they're designing a dead or undead creature. Very impressive indeed.

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article.

We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
